WHAT: Constituent Breakfast Meeting

WHY: This month, Rep. Byrd will host Fred Munoz, marketing specialist for the Veteran’s Land Board. Munoz will speak on the services provided at the Ambrosio Guillen Texas State Veterans Home in Northeast El Paso, and he will also discuss the state benefits for available to veterans.
City Environmental Services Director Ellen A. Smyth will also provide important updates on various projects headed by her department, such as recycling centers and trash collection.
