4th Brigade Combat Team veterans to share combat experiences with UTEP ROTC cadets
FORT BLISS, Texas- Soldiers from the 4th Brigade Combat Team, 1st
Armored Division, will share their recent combat experiences with cadets
from the ROTC program at the University of Texas at El Paso during a
1:30 p.m. presentation Thursday, April 24, at the Education Bldg. 42,
Room 203.
The forum will feature an interaction of several young officers,
recently returned from a 14-month tour of duty in northern Iraq with the
4th Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division, and a class of junior and
senior ROTC cadets from UTEP that will be assuming the same real-world
leadership roles upon graduation.
The presentation will highlight the unit and individual successes and
will feature a candid question and answer session to discuss both the
rewards and challenges of combat duty.
