"On Monday, March 3rd, President Bill Clinton will make campaign stops Corpus Christi, Brownsville, Edinburg, Laredo, Eagle Pass, Del Rio and El Paso. Additional details are forthcoming."
Syndicated talk show host Mario Solis Marich called El Paso the "epicenter" of the Clinton effort to secure "the Latino vote." Marich is on KHRO 1650 AM in El Paso, his hours are 1-4 p.m. weekdays.
Last weekend, President Clinton was at several early voting sites in El Paso. On Friday, Chelsea Clinton attended “Our Voice, Our Future” Event at El Paso Community College Rio Grande Campus - Campus Cafeteria.
On Saturday, former Clinton Energy Secretary Federico Peña, National Obama Campaign Co-Chair, was host at an event at the Downtown Library, and appeared via telephone on The Hector Show on KHRO 1650 AM, which airs 8-11 a.m. Saturdays.
