BLACKJACK TOURNAMENT WINNERS BRING HOME BIG PAYOUTS AT INN OF THE MOUNTAIN GODS RESORT AND CASINO
Masters Blackjack Tournament and Large Slot Jackpots Deal Out $29,000 In December
Mescalero, N.M. – January 5, 2008 – Winning continues to be fast and furious at Inn of the Mountain Gods Resort and Casino (IMGRC) where during the month of December, $35,278,879.12 was paid to lucky guests. Out of this month’s big winners, six fortunate players cashed-in a total of $25,000 at the IMGRC Masters Blackjack Tournament on December 14. 42 contestants entered the two-day tournament with the following winners being awarded cash payouts:

* Gary Lucke, El Paso, Texas - $6,500
* Tod Clarke, Ruidoso, N.M. - $3,500
* Cindy West, Las Cruces, N.M. – $2,500

IMGRC was host to several other lucky winners in December though the Dodge Challenger promotion and All Road to Play the Champions contest. Mark Park of Brownsville, Texas, took home a brand new limited edition 2008 Dodge Challenger after playing Crystal 7’s slots. Park was able to hit the open road in his new V-8 performance vehicle after landing on the winning triple-seven jackpot while playing a 50 cent max-coin limit.
Additionally, 20 members of the Apache Sprit Club were selected as winners of the Road to Play the Champions contest and received an all-inclusive trip to the New York Giants-Dallas Cowboys football game on December 14. Their prize included round-trip luxury coach transportation, two-night hotel stay, tailgate package and two tickets to the game. The final seven winners selected on December 1 included:

The slots at IMGRC were also hot during the month of December. Wilbur Benson, of Memphis, Tennessee, won big while playing the popular Double Gold slots on December 14, hitting a $4,000 jackpot. Six lucky Apache Spirit Club members also took home $500 prizes from the Christmas Money Tree contest.
